As a long time resident of Des Moines I am pleased to be associated with Iowa Realty, another long timer in Des Moines for over 50 years.  The resources Iowa Realty brings to the market allows me to serve client needs with solid and proven techniques.

I am especially pleased and excited to offer clients who list their home with me HOME STAGING SERVICES through ROOMSCAPES.   Homestaging is a marketing tool used in markets throughout the nation.  Briefly, these services are a process which prepare any home for sale by presenting the home in it's best showing condition inside and out; helping potential buyers to mentally move in, not move on.
